Nutec Bigsix
EVERITE Nutec Bigsix sheets are very durable lightweight sheets that can be used in all sectors of the building industry for roofing and side cladding.
Nutec Bigsix sheets and fittings consist essentially of an inorganic hydraulic binder or calcium silicate formed by a chemical reaction of a siliceous and a calcareous material, reinforced by organic fibres.
Nutec Bigsix sheets are supplied in their natural grey colour. To enhance the aesthetics of the product it can be painted with a 100% acrylic PVA paint after installation. Painting, although not essential, will further enhance the durability of the product, especially in highly polluted areas or chemical abrasive applications. In areas with high fungal growth, paint will reduce the frequency of routine maintenance. Paint can be applied by brush, roller or spray gun.
Nutec Bigsix sheets tinted with an ultra-violet resistant pigment are branded as Vineyard sheets and are recommended for Tuscan roofs where they are used as underlay for clay tiles.
Nutec Bigsix and fittings do not contain asbestos fibre.
Victorian
The Victorian sheet is a popular addition to EVERITE’s comprehensive range of profiled roofing and cladding products. It has been designed to recreate the appearance and character of a traditional Victorian style roof and with its reduced dimensions and mass, makes handling and laying relatively easy. It is particularly suitable for coastal areas where corrosive conditions prevent the use of many other products.
